  In the program, Haier Air Conditioning R & D Center engineer Wang Yibing introduced the original intention of building an air conditioner high-temperature refrigeration laboratory in Flaming Mountain: Haier Air Conditioning noticed that users pay the most attention to the cooling effect of air conditioners in summer, so Haier Air Conditioning conducted experiments in a 77 ° C surface high-temperature extreme environment, amplified the high-temperature cooling function, and added two variables of low-temperature ink and anhydrous acetic acid, allowing users to intuitively feel the cooling effect of Haier Air Conditioning.

  Under the recording of the CCTV lens, the low-temperature ink changed color in a short time, the anhydrous acetic acid liquid maintained a crystalline state, and the Haier air conditioner continued to operate smoothly at 16 ° C under extreme high temperature. The experiment was successful.

  In fact, this is the world’s first cooling bridge technology of Haier Air Conditioning. As we all know, poor heat dissipation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner at high temperature will lead to the deterioration of the cooling effect of the air conditioner. In the blizzard simulation laboratory here, whether Haier air conditioners can operate stably and efficiently heat at an extreme low temperature of -20 ° C is also the focus of CCTV’s attention.

  At the beginning of the experiment, the heating of the air conditioner started normally, and the temperature of the room reached a comfortable temperature of 24 ° C in a short period of time. Li Yang, an engineer at Haier Air Conditioning R & D Center, introduced that in order to solve user requests, Haier Air Conditioning independently developed variable shunt technology, which overturned the traditional refrigeration system design. The flexible and variable refrigerant flow path effectively improved the cooling and heating efficiency of the air conditioner, the cooling capacity increased by 8%, and the heating capacity increased by 10%. At the same time, it achieved energy saving and power saving. 1 year of power saving is equivalent to planting 20 trees, bringing users a new experience of low energy consumption, high cooling capacity and high heat generation.
