On March 8, Lynk & Co announced the new car name internally codenamed DX11: Lynk & Co 08, which is Lynk & Co’s first full-array model powered by new energy technology. It is based on the CMA2.0 architecture, positioned as a mid-sized SUV, and provides a hybrid version. Lynk & Co 08 will be unveiled on March 30 and is expected to be officially launched within the year.
Lynk & Co 08 is the first production model of Lynk & Co’s new interpretation of urban opposition aesthetics, opening a new chapter in Lynk & Co’s design language. Lynk & Co 08 continues to break through on the basis of The Next Day design language, integrating technology and design.
The daytime running lights have evolved from the first generation of Lynk & Co’s design and are more powerful. The flatter and more graphic design makes the entire front face more accurate and modern. There is a lengthwise extension of the LOGO breathing light strip on both sides of the front of the car, which displays the breathing light effect as the vehicle charges, and flashes to welcome the customer when the user approaches the vehicle. The light strip integrates turn signals and cameras at the same time, and the clever integration design becomes the finishing touch of the whole vehicle.
On the basis of the neat all-in-one taillight design, red crystals are embedded, and the crystals flash and light up during the light flow. The interior is expected to use a floating central control screen, and more importantly, the DX11 is likely to become the first model of Meizu Flyme Auto. (Geely Lynk, photo courtesy)
