At present, the layout of the exhibition hall of the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show has been released, so from the perspective of traffic, which exhibition hall will be the most lively? Which is the most deserted? Let’s take a closer look at it.
According to the official information, the Guangzhou Auto Show is planned to use Zone A and Zone D of Guangjiao Club and the outdoor exhibition areas of the two zones, with an exhibition scale of 220,000 square meters. The exhibition scale reached a record high, with 78 first-time cars in the world, including 6 first-time cars from cross-border companies and 1,171 exhibition cars, including 512 new energy vehicles.
Let’s start with area a. The main attractions of Hall 1.1 on the 1st floor of Area A are undoubtedly Geely Galaxy and Volkswagen Group, among which Geely Galaxy will appear on Galaxy Starship 7 at this auto show, which just opened for pre-sale not long ago. At present, there are five models available, and the price for first-aid is 109,800 ~ 142,800 yuan. It is worth noting that Galaxy Starship 7 is the world’s first generation of Raytheon electric hybrid system, with the highest thermal efficiency engine mass-produced in the world, with a thermal efficiency of 46.5%, and the lowest fuel consumption of 3.75 liters per 100 kilometers in its class, with a comprehensive cruising range of 1,420 kilometers. Hall 2.1 on the first floor of Zone A is the most crowded hall at this Guangzhou Auto Show, because BYD brand has once again achieved the achievement of pavilion package. There are four major brand exhibition areas in the museum: BYD, Looking Up, Equation Leopard and Looking Up. From low to high, it easily covers tens of thousands to millions, and provides sports cars, hard-core off-road vehicles and other models to meet the needs of consumers at all levels. The more interesting brands in Hall 3.1 on the first floor of Zone A are FAW Audi and FAW Hongqi. The former will launch the brand-new Audi A5, which is the renamed and upgraded Audi A4L. The latter will also bring a variety of products at the auto show, including sunflower Guoya. The representative brands of Hall 4.1 and Hall 5.1 on the first floor of Area A mainly include Great Wall, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Among them, the Great Wall will launch or market a new generation of Haval H7, tank 500Hi4-Z, etc., and BMW will bring a variety of new models and special edition cars, such as the new M5, M235L coupe and the new BMW X3. Hall 1.2, 2nd floor, Zone A, is an old and powerful area, including Buick, Volvo, FAW Toyota, Lexus and other players, but not many new models have been released. Hall 2.2 on the second floor of Zone A is the Guangzhou Automobile Department’s charter. At present, the decline of Guangzhou Automobile Department is no longer a secret. Both market sales and brand awareness have begun to decline, and there is a high probability that it will not be too hot, but after all, it is in its own base camp, which has the advantage of home court. Maybe there will be many local seniors to join in.
The layout of Hall 3.2 on the second floor of Area A is very interesting. Aouita, Changan Automobile, Deep Blue Automobile, FAW Pentium, Wuling Automobile and Baojun Automobile have achieved the encirclement of Dongfeng Nissan. Hall 4.2 on the 2nd floor of Area A is owned by gallants, and Chery Department is VS SAIC+Dongfeng Department. Although it is 1 to 2, Chery has a high probability of crushing the last two. Hall 5.2 on the second floor of Area A is more interesting to see, such as Dongfeng Honda and Kia. Most of the others are ultra-luxury brands. It is really good to see the ultra-luxury models while watching the family car.
There are only four passenger car exhibition halls in Zone D, but it also includes an automobile industry chain and automobile culture exhibition hall and a commercial vehicle exhibition hall. Hall 17.2, on the second floor of Zone D, which just came up, is where the heavyweight, Le Dao, Xiaomi, Wen Jie and other experts who play traffic gather together. I think it’s necessary to see the red with a bayonet. In addition, Tucki and Warrior, two "popular young people", have a high probability of traffic. Changan Mazda is really out of place in this exhibition hall, but the good news is that it can also rub other people’s traffic.
Hall 18.2, 2nd floor, Zone D is more interesting in HarmonyOS Zhixing and Ideals, among which four brands of HarmonyOS Zhixing will gather together, and the new version of Zhijie S7 and Zhijie R7 extended edition will also be released. Ideally, there are no new cars in the near future, and the L series players are expected to participate in the exhibition. After all, pure electric SUVs will have to wait until next year. In Hall 19.2 on the second floor of Zone D, there are new power players such as Wei Lai, Zero Run and Nezha, as well as familiar players such as Shangjiao Di and Lingke. Among them, the new SUV Zero Run B10 will make its debut at this auto show. The car is provided with AI chips and lidar, and the price range is 100,000 ~ 150,000 yuan. SAIC Audi will release its own pure electric concept car, which will no longer use Audi’s four-ring logo, but use Audi’s English logo.
